How do we pay/ what type of payment do you take?

You can pay by cash, check, or credit card. We can send you an invoice by an email link to pay. If you are planning on meeting us onsite you can pay then, otherwise all other clients must pay the day before the inspection.

What is an inspection agreement?

An inspection agreement is a legal document that we must legally have that must be signed the day before the inspection. It verifies that you understand the standards of practice that we inspect under.

What is a full inspection?

When we do a full inspection, we are inspecting your current, or future home from top to bottom, every nook, and cranny. Roof, siding, HVAC, electrical, flooring, cabinets, windows, appliances, plumbing, and ext.

What is a four point inspection?

A four point inspection is, for home owners, for insurance purposes. We report on the four major components of your home. Roof, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. If you combine this inspection with another type of inspection at the same time we give you a cut rate.

What is a wind mitigation inspection?

A wind mitigation, also known as a "windstorm" inspection is another home owners insurance inspection. It's an examination of a home's existing safety features that make it more secure. We are looking, for hurricane clips, nail spacing, style of roof sheathing, type of window and door openings, and secondary water resistance.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, if you combine more than one inspection, we will give you a cut rate. For example, if you get a full, four point, and wind mitigation, which is the most common combo on a home under 2,000 sq. ft. you will save $$$ getting these three together at the same time. But, if you get the insurance, on a later date, it will be more costly.
