What is rucking

Rucking is basically carrying weight, preferably in a backpack/rucksack, and being able to move it from point A to B. Rucking is one of the most primitive versions of strength training that has been around since people have been carrying weight. There are countless examples of how rucking has real world applications today and in the past. Everything from ancient Romans marching into battle down to the modern person being able to walk to a gas station for some fuel if the car runs out of gas.
