We use King Arthur Gluten-Free 1:1 Flour.

Are you tree nut-free?
No, we are not. We use coconut oil and coconut milk in some of our recipes. Also, some of our ingredients are processed on the same equipment as tree nuts. Although they perform thorough cleaning between batches, we cannot guarantee that there is no risk of cross-contamination for tree nuts.

What are your hours?
Tuesday-Saturday 10-6PM - Winter hours may differ, and our bakery will be closed any day the Marquette Schools are closed for snow days.
