PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT

Project risk management is very important to avoid problem which will hinder success in the project. Be aware risk management in the running project, our company setup a flowchart to control risk so can overcome probability risk with good care.
Goal of the project is to practice risk management to minimum risk and maximize the progress of the project. We always practice and follow ISO 9001 standard with the
following:

➢ Identify risk and method statement
➢ Determining risk category, possible risk and impact risk
➢ Determining how to overcome risk and assess its effectiveness
➢ Suggestion to overcome risk and deciding responsible parties to solve the
problems
➢ Periodically help and study risk again
➢ Record action result
➢ Periodically provide risk status reports.
