What’s Provided

The test will frequently reveal multiple food sensitivities. I will provide a list of potentially harmful foods and drink that may be responsible for causing you health problems. By eliminating these suspect foods from your diet for a period of one month, followed by their sensible re-introduction, you will be able to see if your body can safely tolerate them. After this initial period if you cannot tolerate them we will be able to determine whether you need to eliminate these foods permanently or seek further guidance via email or Telephone. I will also provide alternative food ideas and nutritional guidance in your results pack on the day of the test.
