Client Alignment Checklist

Following the discovery conversation, clients complete a structured checklist outlining task expectations, tools, scheduling preferences, and communication parameters. This ensures requirements are documented prior to matching and onboarding.

Assistant Matching

Based on submitted information, TaskHarbor evaluates assistant availability, experience alignment, and collaboration fit. Matching considers workflow complexity, platform familiarity, and scheduling compatibility.

Placement Process

To ensure mutual alignment, placement includes the following interactions:

Assistant Interview:
Candidates are evaluated for communication standards, logical reasoning, and role suitability relative to engagement needs.

Client Introduction Session:
Clients are given the opportunity to meet matched assistants, confirm expectations, and assess collaboration fit prior to final placement.

Onboarding

Once placement is confirmed, onboarding preparation begins. This stage includes:

- Access coordination
- Workflow orientation
- Tool familiarization
- Initial task routing

The objective is to enable assistants to begin contributing efficiently and responsibly.

Start of Support

Operational assistance begins according to the selected package structure. TaskHarbor maintains oversight and communication support to ensure continuity, quality, and adaptability as workflows evolve.
