B&T was established by mother and daughter duo Ruth B. and Eva T.

When Ruth's father had a big health scare they decided it was time to write up a will and not take any chances. They needed a notary to come to them at the hospital and help them make it official with a notarization. It was hard to find a Notary to travel to them at an affordable rate and at a time that worked for them. Together Ruth and Eva decided that the treasure valley needed someone to go out and stamp.
