My journey with food began at a young age in the kitchen baking with my Mom.
I am fortunate to have been surrounded by many amazing women who really knew how to cook! And for my family, food is love.

My family recipe for the BEST Carrot Cake around. Classic, perfectly spiced with nutty pecans and cream cheese frosting, topped with a beautiful candied carrot rose. ($55 with pecans, $60 with pecans, coconut and golden raisin's, 9" cake)
Three layers of beautifully vibrant and perfectly moist red velvet cake generously covered in an old fashioned vanilla cream cheese buttercream, and topped with frosting rosettes. Perfection! ($55, 9" cake)

The perfect orange-zested FRESH strawberry pie! Sweet strawberries in a flaky pastry crust, tied up in a sweet little bow. This pie reminds of Orange County in the Summer with the smell of orange orchards and strawberry fields in the air. ($50, 10" pie)

Like a giant peanut butter cup - so good! A crunchy, salty pretzel crust with a creamy layer of peanut butter goodness, topped with semisweet chocolate ganache and garnished with roasted peanuts, pretzel pieces and flaky sea salt. Oh my! ($45, 11" pie)
