This project was a replacement deck on the second story of a home. This project faced a rotten rim joist and house sheathing under the patio door due to poor waterproofing and flashing but was carefully repaired, waterproofed, and finished to prevent any future damage while supporting a new deck and patio door.

This entire 1880's home was in dire need of scraping and painting. After a long haul of repainting this building its ready to face another decade of northeast weather.
