This project was to remove old stone steps and build a new cedar staircase and railing. The customer also requested a new front door, which was custom-made on-site to fit the opening.

This project was a replacement deck on the second story of a home. This project faced a rotten rim joist and house sheathing under the patio door due to poor waterproofing and flashing but was carefully repaired, waterproofed, and finished to prevent any future damage while supporting a new deck and patio door.
This entire 1880's home was in dire need of scraping and painting. After a long haul of repainting this building its ready to face another decade of northeast weather.
Not all stairs are created equal. Some are up to code and some are not. This one was installed to bring this unit up to code and allow the tenants to safely access their home.
Some stairs are long and some are short. This staircase was 20' long and provides a safe exit from this second-story apartment building.

This job involved removing an old rotten deck on the second story of the home and removing all of the rotten sill beam carrying the load of this house. This new deck came with a new staircase and a new Marvin Patio door.
