A results-oriented professional with a proven track record of high judgment and think big leadership. I pride myself on being passionate and efficient; bringing a strong sense of Ownership, Bias for Action, and an Insistence on the Highest Standards to everything I do.

Over the course of my 18-year career, I've developed a skill set to help small and medium size businesses raise the bar. Most notably in the arena of cost avoidance, distribution management, efficiency improvement, and elevated Customer Experience.

I have also helped countless leaders along their growth and development journey. I'm passionate about consistently demonstrating high level leadership, driving organizational efficiencies, setting a Customer First service mentality throughout an organization, and maximizing leader's potential!

HISTORY
Graduated from the University of Nevada with a business degree. Spent 5 years at Caesars Entertainment. Then transitioned to Supply Chain working for Caterpillar. Spent the last 9 years at Amazon and Zappos (Amazon Subsidiary) honing skills in Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Leader Development, and Organizational Culture. Decided it was time for a new challenge, so I set out on my own to share the knowledge I've acquired, and help make people's lives better!
