SOCIETY FOR EQUALITY (S4E)

Equality for All

Our History

The Society for Equality (S4E) was established in 2019 as a community-based organisation. It was founded by a dedicated group of young women activists who shared a common vision of addressing the pervasive systemic inequalities that exist within our society. These passionate individuals recognised the urgent need to tackle these issues head-on and were driven by a strong desire to create a more equitable and just world for all. United by a common dedication to fostering a fair and all-encompassing society, these individuals joined forces to establish S4E as a dynamic platform aimed at catalysing constructive transformations. In the year 2023, the Society for Equality made a significant transition from being a community-based organisation to becoming a non-government organisation (NGO). This strategic decision was made with the aim of expanding its impact and reaching a larger community throughout the entire country. By transforming into an NGO, the Society for Equality sought to enhance its ability to make a positive difference in society and promote equality on a broader scale.

Our Mission

S4E's mission is to ensure that everyone can live in a fair society where their rights and opportunities are not influenced by factors like race, gender, or socioeconomic status. S4E is guided by the principles of equality, justice, inclusivity, empathy, and collaboration. The organisation opposes discrimination, prejudice, and bias.

Our Vision

High levels of development in all areas of society where all people are treated fairly and have their rights and liberties protected and guaranteed.
