Come relax at this totally renovated 1350 sq ft Condo features 3 bedroom 2 bath with a 26 ft balcony overlooking the beautiful nightlife of San Juan while watching the waves crash from your bedroom. We redid everything from ceiling to floor, kitchen, bathrooms, and balcony. All new furniture, bedding, and fixtures were added. We have a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, glassware, silverware, and of course coffee pot. Complimentary use of beach chairs are left along with some beach toys
We supply Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a blow dryer as well as an iron to help out with the everyday tasks. The Wi-Fi codes are on the blackboard along with helpful phone numbers and the keys. There is a 65 inch Smart (Roku) TV in the Living Room and a 50 inch smart (Roku) TV in each bedroom.
You will have access to the Condo as well as the private 26 ft balcony. In addition, there is a pool if you would like to go for a swim. You will have access to 1 designated spot on property.

The apartment was beautiful and clean and well stocked for the beach, which was a short walk. Christine was in constant contact, before and after and sent very detailed instructions and local suggestions, she made our vacation easy especially since we were traveling with elderly family members.
