Hi, I'm Chanel, 25, and I'm in love with the gym and being active. I have over 4 years experience weight lifting, so that is where my expertise lies; building muscle and strength. As a woman, this can be a long, slow, and difficult process, but once you understand the steps required, it's just a matter of doing it and sticking with it. Let me help you. I will teach you everything there is to know about looking and feeling your best.
Here are the different types of services I offer and pricing:
group classes: $20 per person
single sessions: $85 1 hour, this would be perfect for someone looking to get started, or someone with experience but just wants some extra help perfecting form and what not occasionally.
monthly subscriptions: $150-$300 a month.
$150 tier will be for people who just want a personalized workout template made with no coaching. $300 tier will be for people who want intensive one on one coaching, in person sessions, and help with nutrition.
online coaching only: $250 a month if you aren't close by me, that's okay! We can work something out.
Once I get nutrition certified in the fall I will be able to offer nutrition only based services.
